SINI
Programs
SINI’s programs bridge Eastern wisdom traditions with contemporary education. From Tibetan language instruction to monastic teacher training, immersive pilgrimages, and international teaching tours, each program serves one purpose: ensuring the Dharma remains alive, accessible, and relevant.
Tibetan Language Courses
Learn spoken Tibetan through the Heart of Tibetan Language platform, or study Classical Tibetan to access millennia of Buddhist philosophy, medicine, and poetry in their original form. Online and in-person formats, from beginner to advanced.
Monastic Education
Two complementary programs for Buddhist monastics: a 3-year residential English program that prepares Khenpos to teach, translate, and study at institutions like Oxford and Harvard; and an annual cross-tradition teacher training in modern pedagogy.
Four Noble Truths Pilgrimage
A 15-day immersive journey through Northern India’s most sacred Buddhist sites. Study the Buddha’s foundational teachings at SINI, then walk in his footsteps from Sarnath to Rajgir, Nalanda, and Bodhgaya.
Bridges of Goodness
SINI’s monastic graduates travel to Nyingma Centers across Europe, South America, and the United States, leading retreats, giving talks at hospitals and universities, visiting schools, and creating warm spaces for deepening understanding and practice.
