Renate Marx

Renate Marx, while born in Germany, moves between countries and worlds. She studied Drama in Education, and earned a Masters in Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin. A passion for interdisciplinary collaboration and experiential learning has fueled her career. For twenty years Renate has been a manager and program developer at the crossroads where education meets civics, intercultural studies, and the arts. After two decades in education, Renate took a sabbatical to participate in the Four Month Human Development retreat at the Nyingma Institute in Berkeley. Since then she has been a full-time volunteer within the Nyingma Mandala in the U.S. and Germany. Since 2015, she is Administrator and an English Language tutor at SINI, where she also coordinates the Four Noble Truths Program.
