Hello everyone, my name is Paul, I am from a little town in North Germany. 

I got in touch with the Tibetan language and culture through my interest in Sowa Rigpa, I came to Dharamsala in 2017 to study language and later joined the Men-Tsee-Khang. 

At the moment I developed, influenced by Buddhist ideas and views, a strong interest in Psychology and mental health in general but I continue to keep in touch with Tibetan language and the Dharma in all sorts of ways. 

One of these ways is being an assistant to Franziska-la in her wonderful program for studying the tibetan language at the Sini-Institute. I am passionate about language and translation and I hope that I can continue and deepen my engagement with the Dharma and the Tibetan language through being part of this amazing team.
