What bridge will you build?

Mar 14, 2025

Dear Friend,

Greetings from SINI on this auspicious full moon day! This edition of our newsletter comes to you brimming with news of wonderful programs and ongoing initiatives that embody our mission to build bridges of goodness throughout time and space. Did you know that SINI’s community artwork just landed on the Moon? To read more about this amazing initiative, please watch this video from our collaborator, LunARC.

Some programs featured within these pages represent the culmination of years of dedicated work. We proudly announce the completion of the Kangyur Karchag—An Encyclopedia of the Buddha’s Teachings. We share highlights from the transformative eight-day Monastic Teacher Training program conducted with Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche and a team of international teachers in Sarnath.

While our continuing annual programs may seem familiar, they remain vital expressions of our core mission and values. We’re delighted to report that our Colloquial Tibetan language programs are flourishing, with record enrollment exceeding 110 students from across the globe. Our newest three-year EDP cohort has also just begun, featuring diverse traditions and countries. We wish all of our new students and teachers a very joyful year ahead!

In these fragmented times, initiatives that foster wholeness, unity, and peace deserve special recognition. I invite you to join me in celebrating these activities—born from countless wishes and prayers—and hope their blessings reach you, wherever you may be. Thank you for your ongoing support and interest in our work.

with all good wishes,
